Mike Mitchell is a founder and owner of Innovative Anesthesia. As chief financial officer, he is responsible for financial modeling, financial management of client anesthesia operations, payer contracting, credentialing and billing. Mike has more 30 years of experience in health care finance and holds a certification in managed care with the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Shannon Weaver joined Innovative Anesthesia in 2008 as director of operations where she is responsible for the operational and managerial oversight of the anesthesia. Shannon previously worked for a national corporation that provides strategic and M&A advice to leaders in the medical technology and health sectors.

Michael St. John is a skilled professional with experience in anesthesia and business as a clinician and operational leader. As the founder of two anesthesia practices and executive of several outpatient medical clinics, Michael joined Innovative Anesthesia as the Vice President of Business Development. A graduate of the University of Colorado School of Nursing, Michael started his career as a surgical intensive care nurse.

Lisa joined Innovative Anesthesia Management as a Staff Accountant, and now serving as Controller. Originally from New England, she gained her B.S. in Accountancy degree from Bentley College, and completed continuing education courses at Providence College. Lisa worked for The McDonald’s Corporation for over 10 years.

Pamela Phillips joined Innovative Anesthesia as a credentialing manager in 2011. She is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines, rules, and requirements for physician and credentialed practitioners. Pamela is a First Honor Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in education from Lenoir Rhyne College.
